Honey

We have held bees and produced honey since 1998.

Our hives are located around our fields and in nearby forest, away from main highways and industry.
Main plants for collecting mead are raspberry, dandelion, willow, clover, and lingonberry.
We have about 40 hives collecting honey. All the work from hives to the jar we do our selves. 
Honey is not heated or other ways treated as little as possible. Due to that natural honey’s crystallization process changes it from liquid to solid.

Our honey is sold in local markets, and from our farm.
